Dunn, age 71, of Hammond, NY, will be held Saturday, January 26, 2019, at 2:00PM at Frary Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Schirmer officiating.Calling hours will be held from 12:00PM to 2:00PM on Saturday, January 26, 2019, at Frary Funeral Home, Ogdensburg.Mr. Dunn passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2019, at his home in Hammond, NY.Leonard is survived by his loving wife, Carol, of Hammond, NY; his children, Amy Moses of Baldwinsville NY, Stacey Zeigler of Potsdam, NY, Jamie Dunn and his wife, Carol, of Allen, TX; two sisters, Mrs. Thomas (Betty) Chapman, of Hammond, NY and Mrs. Daniel (Connie) Phalen of Rossie, NY; one sister-in-law, Dona Dunn of Waddington, NY; grandchildren, Cody, Aaron, Nathan, Collin, Kadin, Sophie and nieces, nephews and cousins.Leonard was predeceased by one sister, Barbara Dunn Spears in 1958 and one brother, Floyd Francis Dunn in 2002.Leonard was born on April 3, 1947, in Ogdensburg, NY, the son of Floyd Castle and Ruth Josephine (Brown) Dunn. He graduated from Hammond Central School in 1966. Mr. Dunn married Carol Stalker on June 17, 1967, at the Hammond Presbyterian Church with Reverend Shirley officiating. Leonard and his wife, Carol, farmed for over twenty-seven years and later he did carpentry work.
